Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the wholesale nature of our business, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Quantity mismatch
  • Manufacturing defect

DueReturns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Unsold inventory
  • Quantity mismatch
  • Minor packaging damage (without product damage)

2. Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video

A clear unboxing video is compulsory for all return claims.

The video must:

  • Start before opening the package
  • Clearly show shipping label
  • Show product condition

Without unboxing proof, return claims may be rejected.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is inspected and approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be issued to original payment method

In case of bulk orders, refund timelines may vary.

5. Replacement Policy

If stock is available, we may offer a replacement instead of refund.

Replacement shipping time:

3–7 business days after approval.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance stocks
  • Special bulk pricing orders
  • Customized products

7. Return Shipping

If return is approved due to our error:

    ✔ Return shipping cost will be borne by us.

If return is approved under special circumstances:

    ✔ Customer may need to bear return shipping charges.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch confirmation.
